- AI can be wrong — check the result before you rely on it, especially if you have allergies or a medical condition.
- Porcio Pro is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription. You can cancel it in Google Play at any time.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Malrok Studio (“we”) about the Porcio AI app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is intended for adults (18+).
2. Not medical advice
Porcio AI is a food diary and an estimation tool. Daily targets are calculated from general formulas, and dishes, portions, calories and nutrients are estimated by an AI model from a photo or a description. None of this is medical, dietary or health advice, and the app is not a medical device.
Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder, or any other medical condition, or take medication that depends on what you eat.
3. Accuracy
AI estimates can be inaccurate or plainly wrong: a photo does not show hidden ingredients, cooking fat or the exact weight of a portion. Product data for barcodes comes from the open Open Food Facts database and may be incomplete or out of date. Never rely on the app to decide whether a food is safe for you — for allergens and ingredients always read the product label.
You can correct any value before and after saving it.
4. Your data
Your diary is stored on your device. If you delete the app, clear its data or lose the device, the diary is lost unless you exported it or your Android backup restores it. We cannot recover it for you. How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Free plan and Porcio Pro
The free plan includes a limited number of photo analyses per day. Porcio Pro unlocks more analyses per day and extra features listed in the app on the subscription screen. Daily limits protect the service from abuse; we may change limits and the set of features, but not in a way that removes the core of a paid subscription during a period you have already paid for.
- Billing. Porcio Pro is sold through Google Play. The price, the billing period and the free trial, if offered, are shown before you confirm the purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. If a free trial is offered, the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before that.
- Cancelling. Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
6. Fair use
Please do not: use the app or its server through automated tools or modified clients; try to bypass limits or the subscription; reverse engineer the service to extract access keys; send unlawful content for analysis; resell the service. We may limit or block installations that do so.
7. Availability
The analysis relies on third-party AI and hosting services and needs an internet connection. We try to keep it running but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Manual entry and your diary work offline. We may update, change or discontinue the app; if we discontinue it, paid periods already started are handled under Google Play's rules.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design and the Porcio name belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. Your photos and diary remain yours.
9. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for decisions about diet or health made on the basis of the app's estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after that date, you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you.
